Pump House Maintenance

We also provide regular upkeep services for the pump houses after installation.

Including cleaning of algae build up on the walls from sprinklers, dirt rings from rain & necessary repairs after hurricane season,

Monthly.

What's your measurements?

We use Pressure Treated lumber on every pump house. While the wood may shrink or warp slightly overtime as it dries out, that's completely normal and expected. The upside? No termites, no rot, and no bugs. You're getting a build that's resistant to moisture decay and pests, with a lifespan of 20-40 years, compared to 5-10 years for untreated wood.
