How do we build it?

It Starts with us obtaining measurements of your well pump. Since every layout is different we need your specific dimensions. From there we discuss what roof style & what access points will be needed!

Modular Design

We offer modular designs that are built for easy disassembly and reassembly, making future pump replacements hassle-free. Held together with Timberlock screws, each structure can be quickly taken apart and reinstalled, ensuring that servicing or replacing your well pump is simple and efficient.

Quality Materials

Premium materials ONLY to construct the house. That includes ALL pressure-treated wood, nano-coated 3" deck screws, dynaflex 230 caulk and blocking under the pump house. These are built to last.

Pump House Maintenance

We also provide regular upkeep services for the pump houses after installation, including cleaning of algae build up on the walls from sprinklers, dirt build up from rain, necessary repairs & inspections.
